Heart help

I have been in the hospital since tuesday with atrial fibrillation, irregular heartbeat. It is complicated by the factors of my also having congestive heart failure and diabetes. They are going to do a procedure in a month where they use electric shock to make my heart go back to normal beating rhythm. I appreciate all prayers thank you :)

Hey everyone!!!!

My computer is still down so using my moms when I can. had a mixup with my meds so i won't have the cardioversion done till sept now most likely. I am hanging in there, so glad the killer heat we have had this last 2 weeks will dissipate. I wish there was a way to magically make my belly gut disappear lol I know that would make my heart feel alot better Thanks so much for all the warm thoughts & prayers You all are fantastic!!!!

So glad to hear from you! We had a tornado touchdown Tuesday afternoon a mile from my house on Hwy 11 and a few electrical trans were the only damage. Not our usual weather. I was out driving on a parallel road when that happened and saw the gray/green/dark blue cloud covering from sky to ground. The weather is much cooler since that cold spell came through. Very pleasant here today. Glad to hear you are weathering the health spell over your way, Robert. :)

Hey everyone!!!! well monday i went back in the hospital with shortness of breath, have been in there until yesterday. I had the cardioversion & it didnt work. Crazy thing is, they shocked me 3 times & I woke up just as they did the 3rd shock!!!!! I was like whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa lol so the plan is now to do an ablation to remove the nodes causing the abnormal beat & to have a defibrillator implanted as well. My dr told me my heart was functioning at just 15% which is scsry to hear!!!! 2 years ago it was 35%, a few months ago it was 25% & now only15. Hopefully these procedures will help it recover some & go back up a bit to stronger function. Thanks again for caring,praying & expressing grace & hope. Hope to be around more & stay out of thr hospital!!!

After them implanted the defibrillator in our daughter she started to improve to the point that they may take her of the transplant list.
