Thanks Amie for posting the song. I was hoping you would :)
I play it every morning to get me in the right mood. I am constantly saying, get up get up, get up, knocked down but not out forever. Love that line. Lose our way, get back up again.
The song just really helped me to start reconnecting. Helping me realize that you can start over, make some new choices and take a deep breath and run with it.
That's what my goal is for now anyway. Showed me that you don't have to stay in the same place forever. So I am getting up and moving forward. At least trying to.
