My husband is going to try to kick smoking again. We quit together iinnn, I think it was March of '02. He fell off the wagon toward the end of '03.

I used the nicotine patch to help with withdrawal. I'm not sure whether or not that is why I still haven't smoked.

Bryan's (my hubby) employer began a program this year where they provide the patches. We're waiting for them to call back, but things are going to get into motion.

Please pray for him and our family. Withdrawals effect us all and the only guarantee is probably that this will be difficult.

Actually,
There are a lot of changes going on for me right now. With my dad passing soon, he has become more like a child. I took my mom today to her Dr and cried all the way home. Thinking, How can I do this? I am on disability myself and on top of my parents, my husband wants to quit his job. Also a good young friend of mine who's husband was pastor at the last church we all left, has left her and she calls me sobbing and sobbing wondering where God is. I thought I was overwhelmed 2 years ago, but looking at 2007, it could be another rough year. The good thing is, though overwhelmed, I don't feel like I am in the darkness (yeah!) and that is really good for me.
I know how to walk in the wilderness and survive, so I guess I will start a home business on wilderness survival!!
