Some of you may have noticed that some posts disappeared from our forum. It is not because we did not like them. It was a technical problem. Let me attempt to explain. Recently, our web host moved our web site to a more advanced server. However, there are these things called DNS zone records that basically point our domain name talk-grace.com to the server that hosts our website. The pointers are controlled by a different company than the one that hosts our site. Apparently, what happened is when we changed servers, the DNS zone records were not set properly to our new server.
Here is the tricky part. What I think happened was that the pointers were still set to our old server even though our website and data base had already been moved. So, for awhile, when you punched in talk-grace.com you were directed to the old server. A day or two later they changed the pointers to our new server. However, what was on our new server was a copy of the forum that was a day or two old. Consequently, some posts were lost.
All that to say, if your post was deleted, it is not because we are out to get you. If your post got lost in the twilight zone, please post it again if possible. Thank you for your patience. :D
